Regarding the authorization letter in the market which feature “泉州市斯韵商貿有限公司” as our partner, we, Focus Films Limited, would like to state and clarify as below:

We have never authorized the above company to invite any public to invest in any films. Thus, any such authorization letters are false. We urge the public to be cautious so as to avoid being scammed.

We express great concern to the fraudulent acts of using our company's good goodwill to mislead the public; forging our company's chop, certificate of incorporation and SFC license, and inviting third parties to participate in copyright investment crowdfunding projects, and we urge the public to be vigilant so as to avoid incurring financial losses, whilst all our legal rights are reserved.

If anyone continues to make such false misrepresentation and/or acts of fraud, we shall file complaints with the relevant law enforcement agencies and pursue our rights against them.
