In view of the false information on the Instagram account of “andylauxofficial”, alleging that it is the official Instagram account of Mr. Andy Lau (劉德華 官方賬號), Topman Global Limited (“TGL”) and Andy World Club Limited (“AWC”) jointly state as follows:

Mr. Andy Lau currently does not have any personal Instagram account and “andyworldclubofficial” is his only designated official account on Instagram, and any other Instagram accounts alleging to represent Mr. Andy Lau or his official account have absolutely no relation to him and his companies. Please be alert and do not be deceived by these false claims. TGL and AWC will pursue and preserve our rights to take legal action against the above false information and any infringement of reputation rights and intellectual property rights of Mr. Andy Lau and ours.
